Shipping Policy

Domestic: Canpar Ground

All items shipped within Canada, will be shipped by Canpar or Canada Poar. If customer would prefer to use a different shipper, please contact


International: We will ship internationally. Customer's must contact company for shipping options and costs. It is the responsibility of the customer to know what is admissible and legal in the country it is being shipped to. The Dragon's Lair Unleashed will not be responsible for any product seized by customs. Customer is responsible for all duties, fees, taxes and broker fees and any other charges assessed.

Returns and Exchange Policy

Damaged merchandise

May be returned up to 30 days from the date we shipped to customer. The customer is responsible for the cost of the item return. We will cover the cost of the replacement. An Authorization must be given prior to returning the product. Please call 905-547-0236 to obtain authorization. If the damage to the product occurred during the shipping process, please save all packaging and contact us. We will file a claim with the shipping company and keep you up to date on the claim.

Manufacturer Defects

Please contact us, as each manufacturer has a different policy on defects.

Wrong Item Delivered

We all make mistakes on occasion, and if we shipped the wrong product to you, please contact us and we will send a pick up tag to pick up the error and we will ship you the correct item at no cost.
